Programs offered:
• The program is for individuals who want to improve basic skills in reading, writing, and math, and/or obtain their high school credential. Open to all persons at least 18 years old with no high school credential and officially withdrawn from day school. Persons with a diploma from a foreign country can take skill development classes.

• NEDP is for adults who have acquired high school academic skills through work and life experience.
• It is a competency-based assessment requiring demonstrations of skills evaluated according to nationally established performance criteria.
NEDP is open to all adults 21 and over who can pass the diagnostic screening tests.
